To salute our first century of fun and adventure, citizenship, patriotism, and good character, the Centennial Quality Award program has been established to recognize units and individuals who deliver exceptional programs to Scouts at all levels of the BSA. Our goal is to improve the quality of programs in every Scout unit in the Torrey Pines District! Every unit will establish annual goals to provide their youth the highest quality program experience. Set your goals and work toward achieving the new award. Your Scouts are counting on you! Good luck as you work towards achieving this award.
